SFSCS was named on the name of Saint Baba Fateh Singh, who was born on 27th October 1911. Saint Baba Fateh Singh was a pioneering trendsetter and a brilliant luminary in the history of Punjab.

They devoted their whole life to social service pray to god and welfare of humanity. Under his leadership, many schools and Gurudwaras were established and constructed. He participated in Akali Morcha when he was organized for independent Punjabi Suba. He went on hunger strike until death far this node cause. After that his health became very serious. The president of India announced him a great patriot.
